Job summary

DTCC is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations, oversee FFE repairs, and coordinate a large corporate office environment. The role requires hands-on leadership across maintenance, environment, and safety teams, with a strong focus on service quality and cost control.

You will oversee budget development, work with external vendors, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting workplace events and space planning.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related facilities experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day facility operations and oversee FFE repairs.
• Lead budget development and spending tracking with monthly site reports.
• Coordinate a 400,000+ sq ft facility and 4,000+ work orders annually.
• Manage outsourced facility operations staff.
• Ensure ISO 14001/15001 compliance and environmental initiatives.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and respond to employee needs.
• Support events with room setup and furniture coordination.
• Maintain safety and incident responses 24/7.
