Job summary

Rize Federal Credit Union is seeking a Facilities Operations Coordinator in Irwindale, CA. This role combines cross-location facilities coordination with mail, shipping, and security duties in a hybrid setup. You will manage requests, vendor coordination, and asset records while supporting projects and access control.

The position emphasizes organization, problem-solving, and service mindset. Onsite at first 90 days, with potential 1–2 days remote thereafter, and a schedule of 9:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in facilities coordination, workplace or office operations, procurement, or related role.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong customer service and communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Good judgment handling confidential information.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Willingness to travel between Rize locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requests from corporate office and branch locations and track work orders.
• Coordinate scheduling and resources to address needs; follow through to completion.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve Facilities processes.
• Coordinate vendor quotes, onboarding, contracts, and insurance certificates.
• Purchase office supplies and ensure value; review invoices and resolve vendor issues.
• Track permits, inspections, vehicle registrations, and renewals.
• Coordinate mail, shipping, and courier services; troubleshoot issues.
• Manage badges, access permissions, and security-related records.
• Maintain assets and records; support Facilities projects with schedules and trackers.
