Job summary

Rize Credit Union in California is seeking a dependable Custodial Associate to keep offices, break rooms, restrooms, and common areas clean and welcoming. You’ll perform daily cleaning, light maintenance, and setup for meetings, with attention to safety and cleanliness throughout the facility.

This active, hands-on role requires punctuality, strong detail orientation, and the ability to work with limited supervision. On-site, full-time hours with early or late shifts are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong attention to detail and good time-management skills.
• Ability to organize work and follow procedures with limited supervision.
• Ability to safely use custodial equipment and cleaning products.
• Professional and courteous communication and basic digital tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas daily.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and maintain floors and surfaces.
• Restock supplies and manage waste; perform periodic deep cleaning.
• Move and set up rooms for meetings and events; assist with light maintenance.
• Identify safety concerns and escalate to Facilities management.
