Job summary

Rize Credit Union seeks a Director of Infrastructure & Security Operations to lead teams, strengthen security posture, and ensure resilient technology services. You will partner with CISO, business leaders, and vendors to align infrastructure with strategic goals.

The role focuses on IT operations, identity and access management, resilience, and operational excellence within a regulated financial environment. Hybrid work arrangement is available for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNP, Microsoft/AWS/ITIL are a plus.
• Experience leading infrastructure, security operations, and IT service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead Infrastructure & Technology Operations, overseeing reliability, performance, and lifecycle of infrastructure and services.
• Strengthen Identity, Endpoint & Access Operations, including M365, Entra ID, AD, and endpoint management.
• Drive Security Operations & Resilience, including vulnerability remediation and incident response.
• Build a high-performing technology team through coaching, succession planning, and performance standards.
• Manage vendors, risk & governance, including budgeting, contracts, and audits.
