Job summary

Rize Credit Union in Irwindale, CA, is seeking a Business Development Executive to build and grow strategic relationships with employers and community groups. This hybrid, full-time role requires traveling to partner locations and events as needed.

You will develop new business, manage a partner pipeline, deliver financial education, and represent Rize at community events while collaborating with Marketing, Relationship Management, and Branch leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development, community outreach, relationship management, sales, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to develop and maintain external business relationships.
• Experience presenting to groups and representing the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow strategic relationships with employers and community partners.
• Manage a portfolio of partnerships and identify opportunities to deepen engagement.
• Visit partner organizations and deliver financial education workshops.
• Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, and events.
• Represent the organization at community events and cross-team initiatives.
