Job summary

JLL is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager in Los Angeles, CA. You will deliver top-notch facility management services, manage day-to-day operations, and develop innovative programs to reduce costs while improving productivity.

Work with the Facility Management Team to interface with clients, visitors, and vendors, ensuring safety compliance and regulatory alignment. Salary range is $66,400–$96,200 with comprehensive benefits and an emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma not sufficient; requires 3+ years in facility management with soft services experience.
• Proven ability to manage operational expenditures and develop budget variance reports.
• Excellent communication and relationship management with clients, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Work Orders in the client's CMMS (Corrigo) with timely resolution and follow-up.
• Provide general facility management, campus monitoring, and after-hours support.
• Coordinate maintenance, events, and conference room reservations for client and JLL operations.
• Develop monthly/quarterly variance reporting on operating budgets and financial tracking.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA commitments are met.
• Support compliance with safety policies and implement emergency response planning.
