Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of facility management experience with soft services.
• Ability to manage operating expenditures and develop budget variance reports.
• Excellent communication and relationship management with clients and vendors.
• Knowledge of safety compliance and emergency response planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Work Orders in Corrigo CMMS, ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide general facility management, including campus monitoring and after-hours support.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, events, and conference room bookings for the client and JLL.
• Develop monthly and quarterly budget variance reporting and financial tracking.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA/KPIs are met.
• Support safety audits, enforce safety policies, and manage hazard controls.
• Update Emergency Response plans and escalate incidents as needed.
