Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator in New York to manage day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, and enhancements. You will serve as the main contact for service vendors and work with the building General Manager and internal teams to ensure safe, efficient, and welcoming environments for clients and occupants.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Facilities Manager, overseeing maintenance, documenting work orders, and reporting facility performance.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating facilities operations and vendor management.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience creating reports on facility performance and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance to ensure safety.
• Coordinate with Facilities Manager and vendors for service and repairs.
• Schedule maintenance and track progress with engineering team.
• Act as primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
• Prepare regular facility performance and project update reports.
