Ryan Companies is seeking a Facility Coordinator in Coupland, TX to manage building operations, maintenance, logistics, and safety across the site. The role blends hands-on maintenance with high-level customer service to ensure a safe, productive environment for occupants.

Ideal candidates have CMMS experience, forklift operation, and knowledge of safety regulations, with strong collaboration skills for working with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on maintenance experience and ability to troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative maintenance programs for critical building systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, grounds keeping, and janitorial services.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with external partners for repairs.
• Manage capital and OpEx projects, tracking budgets and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Oversee building waste stream operations and disposal protocols.
• Serve as primary contact for external vendors and monitor performance.
• Administer building access control systems and manage onsite badge inventory.
• Support 24/7 security monitoring and on-call emergency responses.
