This role blends hands-on technical abilities with high-level customer service, requiring CMMS experience and collaboration with vendors and teams. A two-year technical degree and related facility operations experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree.
• Minimum five years experience in property or facility building operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility software systems.

Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance: Oversee and execute preventative maintenance programs for critical building systems.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with external partners for repairs.
• Financial & Capital Support: Manage CapEx/OpEx projects and track budgets.
• Waste Management: Oversee building waste stream operations and disposal protocols.
• Vendor Relations: Serve as primary contact for external vendors and evaluate performance.
• Access Control: Administer building access control systems and monitor visitor traffic.
• Logistics Operations: Process all incoming/outgoing property shipments and act as HM/DG coordinator.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain certifications and comply with transport regulations.
• CMMS Administration: Manage CMMS by opening/routing/closing work orders.
• HR/Employee Support: Provide white-glove service to onsite employees and support events.
