  • Waste Management: Oversee building waste stream operations and disposal protocols.
  • Vendor & Visitor Management: Vendor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, coordinating onsite activities and evaluating performance.
  • Access Control: Administer building access control systems, monitor visitor traffic, and manage the onsite access badge inventory.
  • Security Support: Provide critical security support for 24/7 building monitoring, remaining available for on‑call emergency responses when scheduled.
  • Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Control: Logistics Operations: Process all incoming and outgoing property shipments, serving as the certified onsite hazardous materials/dangerous goods (HM/DG) coordinator.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain active certifications and strict compliance with IATA, 49CFR, and IMDG transport regulations.
  • Material Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment as a certified forklift operator.
  • Inventory Management: Track and replenish daily breakroom amenities, office supplies, PPE, first-aid resources, and shipping/receiving stock.
  • Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Compliance: Safety Training: Coordinate and facilitate onsite safety training sessions for staff.
  • Chemical Management: Assist with the chemical approval and inventory process to ensure compliance with SDS/OSHA guidelines.
  • Emergency Response: Provide support to the emergency response team (ERT).
  • Employee Support & Event Services: White‑Glove Service: Provide top‑tier, proactive service to onsite employees, executives, and guests.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with the setup, logistics, and teardown of onsite events and accommodate visiting teams.
  • AV & Tech Support: Provide baseline troubleshooting and setup for audio‑visual (AV) equipment in conference rooms.
  • System Administration & Equipment Operation: CMMS Administration: Manage the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) by accurately opening, routing, and closing work orders in a timely manner.
  • Heavy Machinery: Operate large agricultural and construction equipment safely and effectively.
To be successful in this role, you must have

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (word, excel, outlook).
  • Experienced in CMMS or comparable digital work‑order systems.
  • Forklift operator experience (onsite certification will be provided).
  • Experience in large agricultural and construction equipment operation.
  • First aid & CPR/AED certified.
  • IATA, 49CFR, IMDG certifications.
  • Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 25 pounds regularly.
  • On‑call availability for rotating 24/7 security and facility emergency responses.
  • Clear, collaborative communicator with management, vendors, and clients.
