  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day facility services.
  • Manage property level projects and capital improvements.
  • Perform inspections and coordinate service responses.
  • Solicit bids and monitor contractor performance.
  • Provide project management of onsite projects and budgets.
  • Coordinate move-in/move-out activities and furniture records.
  • Support facility events and logistics.
  • Participate in on-call after-hours emergencies.

This will perform all facets of integrated facility management including the facility operations, logistics, employee services, and fire, life safety. Our goal is to provide a safe, productive, comfortable and clean working environment for building occupants for one or more properties. Our team includes engineering and logistics staff (all capacities), facility management, and building occupants.
