Job summary

Great River Resort & Casino seeks a Facilities Operations Expediter to manage the CMMS work order system, purchasing, and record retention. You will support the warehouse supervisor and Receiving Clerk, coordinating with vendors to source parts and materials for facilities operations.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask under time pressure in a casino environment.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills to support facilities operations including spreadsheets and data tracking.
• Ability to work with vendors and staff across departments to source parts and materials.
• Knowledge of record retention and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage CMMS work orders and purchasing for Facility Services.
• Obtain price quotes and conduct vendor research for facilities needs.
• Maintain files, drawings, manuals, and regulatory documents.
• Assist field staff and coordinate with warehouse, Receiving Clerk and Facilities Director as needed.
• Perform tasks with minimal supervision and ensure reliable teamwork across departments.
