Great River Resort & Casino in Iowa seeks a Facilities Operations Expediter to support the Facilities Department with CMMS work order management, procurement, and records retention. You will assist the warehouse supervisor and Receiving Clerk, coordinating with vendors to obtain parts and supplies.

The role requires strong computer skills for spreadsheets and inventory, strict confidentiality, and the ability to multitask under time pressures in a casino environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to use computers to create spreadsheets, tracking and inventory records.
• Capable of handling confidential information with discretion and lock-and-key mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and concentration for extended periods.
• Ability to work under time pressure in a dynamic casino/office environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with vendors and staff.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with vendors to obtain parts, materials and supplies for Facilities.
• Obtain price quotes and assist Facilities Directors and Managers.
• Administer CMMS work order system and maintain records.
• Maintain drawings, blueprints, manuals and digital files for Facilities.
• Manage purchasing for Facility Services including PO's, receipts and credit card statements.
• Create spreadsheets and inventories to monitor operations and assets.
• Visit local vendors to pick up emergency parts and supplies as needed.
• Support field staff across maintenance, receiving and EVS departments.
