Job summary

The Facilities Operations Expediter at Great River Resort & Casino supports the Facilities Departments by managing the CMMS work order system, handling purchasing, and maintaining records with high efficiency. The role also supports Warehouse Supervisor and Receiving Clerk as needed.

The position requires creating spreadsheets, coordinating with vendors, maintaining drawings and manuals, and ensuring regulatory records are up to date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors to obtain parts and supplies.
• Obtain price quotes and research for Facilities leadership.
• Administer CMMS work order system.
• Maintain facility drawings, manuals, and digital records.
• Manage purchasing for Facility Services including POs, receivers, and receipts.
• Create spreadsheets and inventory tracking for facilities operations.
• Assist field staff in maintenance, Receiving and EVS.
• Promote teamwork and compliance with policies.
