Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facility Coordinator to provide essential operational and administrative support to the Regional Facility Manager, ensuring the smooth daily operation of assigned facilities and serving as a liaison among occupants, vendors, contractors, and the facilities team.

This role coordinates maintenance activities, manages work orders, and supports compliance initiatives to maintain safe, functional facilities that align with organizational goals and enhance occupant experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related requests, inquiries, and issues from building occupants, responding promptly and professionally to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections with internal teams and external vendors to minimize disruption and maintain facility operations.
• Monitor and manage work order systems, tracking requests from initiation through completion, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to service level agreements.
