Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, measuring, appraising and rewarding performance.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, difficult information and set performance expectations.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Excellent organizational skills with a curious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees, coach, evaluate performance and support recruitment.
• Plan daily activities, set schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Coordinate and manage repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and resolve facility issues.
• Prepare and manage budgets, capital projects and variance reports.
