• Perform facility inspections and pursue operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrades.
• Create environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Develop vendor relationships and oversee invoicing; review purchase orders for parts, services, and labor.
• Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
• Provide formal supervision to employees including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
