Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Manager of Service Delivery to oversee day-to-day facilities operations across campuses, including custodial, engineering, life-safety, and site services. You will lead staff, manage vendors, monitor SLAs, and ensure services align with company standards and client expectations.

The role emphasizes financial stewardship, budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement, with responsibility for capital planning, contract management, and compliance records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant facilities management or business field required.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of commercial high-rise, campus environment, and/or property portfolio management experience required.
• Experience in leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management preferred.
• Experience with critical system environments desired.
• Experience in the development and implementation of programs to drive out cost inefficiencies preferred.
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations of the facility(ies) or campus, including custodial, life-safety, engineering, site services, and general maintenance, align with policies.
• Manage all contracts; ensure regular review and bid out as required; verify invoices match pricing.
• Supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior conditions and appearance.
• Respond promptly to tenant/occupant requests; oversee contract programs to meet SLA goals.
• Ensure site-specific documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Prepare, review and approve budgets, financial reports, contracts, expenditures, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate annual budget publication, quarterly reforecast, and business plans.
• Assist in capital budgets and five-year maintenance/cost-reduction plans.
• Collect, analyze and report data to assess facility management objectives.
• Hire, train and motivate facility personnel; conduct performance evaluations.
• Familiar with management contracts and requirements; ensure compliance.
• Monitor tenant and vendor insurance compliance and coordinate claims.
