Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a skilled Building Operations Manager in the Northeast Ohio region. The role focuses on coordinating owner/landlord processes, maintaining HVAC systems, and ensuring safety across the site.

You will lead a technical team, manage budgets, and deliver reliable facilities services in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 7+ years in building engineering, with strong HVAC and refrigerant knowledge.
• Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate owner/landlord processes to engineers and contractors for full understanding.
• Identify updates and implement policies, procedures and best practices.
• Identify and remediate safety hazards with EH&S and account management.
• Manage refrigerant purchases and tracking.
• Track SLA performance and prepare business reporting.
• Oversee operation staffing, performance and development of the technical team.
