Job summary

360 CHICAGO is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the physical infrastructure, guest readiness and safety across public spaces, offices, event venues and back-of-house areas in Chicago, IL.

You will lead preventive maintenance, manage work orders, coordinate with vendors and IT, and ensure compliance with safety standards. The role requires at least 5 years in facilities or building management, strong organizational skills and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, operations management, building management or hospitality engineering.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and contractors.
• Experience maintaining work order systems and preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours when operational needs require.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance program and prioritize all facility work orders.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance projects and vendor service visits; perform routine inspections.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems; elevators, security, doors and access control.
• Track maintenance history, warranties, vendor contracts and service records.
• Develop and maintain cleaning schedules and partner with janitorial to ensure world-class presentation.
• Conduct facility audits to ensure guest spaces, restrooms and offices are guest-ready.
• Serve as liaison between 360 CHICAGO and IT service providers; manage asset inventory and onboarding of devices.
• Troubleshoot basic operational technology issues, follow up on tickets and escalate when needed.
• Support new technology systems (kiosks, turnstiles, terminals) and asset management adjustments.
