Qualifications

• 4 years related restaurant facilities experience.
• Experience in facilities management, HVAC, kitchen equipment and/or refrigeration.
• 7+ years in all phases of commercial/multi-unit facilities management.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and process discipline.
• Ability to work with contractors and customers.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Independent judgment and decision-making.
• Attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Identify repair or maintenance requirements with operators for critical items.
• Manage major repairs and bid phases for cost-effective maintenance.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance tasks and coordinate services.
• Hands-on maintenance and repair at locations.
• Maintain detailed repair log and prioritize projects.
• Reallocate equipment to existing stores.
• Complete service requests promptly.
• Perform routine building and systems upkeep and PMs.
• Estimate, cost, and order materials.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Be courteous and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
