Job summary

US Foods in Memphis is seeking a Manager, Facility Operations to lead and optimize the safe, efficient operation of all facility, grounds, and refrigeration systems. You will drive preventive maintenance, manage a team, and partner with QA, safety, and vendors to ensure cold chain integrity and regulatory compliance.

• Experience leading facilities/maintenance teams.
• Experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance.
• Strong vendor management and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor associates responsible for building, grounds, sanitation, refrigeration systems, power equipment, and security maintenance.
• Oversee refrigeration systems to maintain temperature control for perishables.
• Manage facility operations activities and capital projects; coordinate with departments.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff; manage labor hours and schedules.
• Establish relationships with third-party vendors; ensure insurance certificates are current.
• Oversee asset inventory and lifecycle management; recommend replacements.
• Partner with QA and sanitation to ensure food safety regulations compliance.
• Develop and manage facility budgets; identify cost savings and energy efficiency.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain safety programs and audits.
