You will coach and develop staff, monitor DOT compliance, manage budgets and performance, and drive cost-efficient operations while upholding US Foods values. This role requires strong leadership, 3+ years in transportation or warehouse distribution, and ability to interpret operational data.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in transportation/delivery or warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• Experience as a driver is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop drivers and transportation associates through coaching and training.
• Oversee safety, policy adherence, and DOT compliance to ensure lawful operations.
• Schedule shifts, manage performance, and drive cost-effective, safe deliveries.
• Collaborate with transportation leaders and other departments to meet service targets.
