Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily facilities operations for assigned sites.
• Escalate and resolve complex facilities issues with minimal oversight.
• Oversee work by vendors and internal teams ensuring quality and compliance.
• Evaluate facility conditions and plan space utilization improvements.
• Coordinate office layouts, furniture moves, and space reconfigurations.
• Support lease administration and monitor vendor contracts.
• Safeguard physical security and access systems.
• Contribute to process improvements and train others.
• Adhere to company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
