Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities coordination, operations support, or related environment.
• Experience managing and coordinating contractors and service vendors.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities for contracted facility services including security, janitorial, pest control, landscaping, and more.
• Proactively manage vendor performance and approve invoices to support budget adherence.
• Schedule vendor visits and coordinate access requirements; lead contract management and bidding processes.
• Monitor invoices and ensure timely service delivery; identify and resolve operational issues.
• Identify site issues, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain safe, clean facilities.
