Raffle Parking Company seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Facility Manager in directing day-to-day operations for the Raffle Parking portfolio. You will drive account performance, lead management and entry-level staff, and ensure client satisfaction across locations.

You will oversee parking operations, analyze statements and P&L, assist budgeting, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering exceptional customer service and supervisor development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or equivalent leadership/ supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to lead a team and develop staff.
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management, employees, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of parking operations and staff within the location portfolio.
• Review client statements and portfolio performance using revenue and P&L reports.
• Assist with annual budgeting and portfolio performance.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers.
• Train and develop supervisors, cashiers, and valet drivers.
• Liaise with senior management to update on operational matters.
• Engage vendors to solicit proposals and recommend solutions.
• Interview, hire, and terminate personnel as necessary.
• Perform maintenance or repairs on the parking system and ensure policy compliance.
• Work in inclement weather as required.
