Job summary

Diamond Parking seeks an Area/Facility Manager to oversee daily operations at assigned parking stations and facilities, ensuring high service quality and contract compliance. This onsite role in Hollywood, CA requires strong leadership and operational discipline.

You will train staff, perform field audits, manage revenue, and maintain safety standards while fostering productive relations with landlords and clients to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years of related experience or training.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions and memos.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional customer service and maintain vendor relations.
• Ensure contract terms are met and compliance is maintained.
• Supervise staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Conduct field audits and manage revenue collection procedures.
• Enforce OSHA and safety standards and ensure site cleanliness and signage.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and manage expenses to minimize losses.
• Maintain client/landlord relations and seek growth opportunities.
• Maintain professional appearance and wear uniforms as required.
• Be prepared to travel between Canada and the USA when required.
