Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to partner with the Facilities Manager, oversee daily operations, and support staff development across multiple locations. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, building client relationships, and driving results.

The ideal candidate will lead frontline teams, manage labor and payroll aspects, and contribute to budget and financial reporting while maintaining LAZ standards in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Experience leading teams in operations, hospitality, facilities, retail, service, transportation, or related industries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with budgets, payroll, financial reporting, or P&L management.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, or special events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned parking facilities in collaboration with Facilities Manager.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and operational execution.
• Ensure locations operate safely, efficiently, and in line with LAZ standards.
• Coordinate event operations and special projects.
• Support opening, onboarding, and launch activities for new locations.
