Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in facility management or property operations.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, BAS/BMS concepts, and energy management.
• Proven project management experience with budgets and timelines.
• Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance docs.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations and audits.
• Lead facility improvement projects from conception to completion.
• Manage vendor relationships and track SLAs.
• Use CMMS and facility software to monitor work orders and performance.
• Build positive client/tenant relations through proactive updates.
