Job summary

JLL is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager in Mountain View, CA to lead a 1-2 million square foot portfolio, drive workplace experiences, and manage multi-million-dollar initiatives for our client. You will partner with clients, mentor a facilities team, and leverage data to improve efficiency and sustainability.

This role requires 7+ years in real estate management, strong leadership, and excellent financial acumen. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in real estate management, with a strong emphasis on client relationship management and workplace experience.
• Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
• Strong customer service mindset and passion for creating exceptional experiences.
• Aptitude for using data to drive decision-making and measure impact of facilities initiatives.
• Facilities Management Certifications (IFMA CFM, FMP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact and strategic partner for clients, building deep trust-based relationships.
• Manage a 1-2 million square foot portfolio, developing and executing value-maximizing strategies.
• Design and oversee on-site services, amenities, and programs to enhance employee well-being and culture.
• Leverage data analytics and reporting to gain insights into facility performance and drive improvements.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of facilities professionals.
• Oversee all facility operations including maintenance, janitorial, and utilities with SLAs.
• Coordinate operation and maintenance of advanced building systems and sustainability initiatives.
• Drive technology adoption to enhance facility operations and workplace experience.
• Ensure safety, health, and regulatory compliance with robust emergency and continuity plans.
• Own budget, KPI tracking, variance analysis, forecasting, and savings initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field
