Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of all corporate facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations and safety standards.
• Supervise carpentry, installation and repairs of structures and fixtures across multiple sites.
• Manage facilities technicians and subcontractors to meet project schedules.
• Inspect work for conformance and document repairs and improvements.
• Handle emergency calls and after-hours issues.
• Maintain service records and purchase orders.
