Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking an Assistant Director of Facilities to lead daily maintenance and field operations across the portfolio. You will oversee technicians, supervisors, and warehouse staff, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to standards.

The role supports the Director of Facilities by translating strategy into on-site execution. The position emphasizes leadership, maintenance workflows, budget awareness, and vehicle/site travel within the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive related experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Inventory management and purchasing experience required.
• Experience with multi-site or portfolio-based operations preferred.
• Working knowledge of building systems and maintenance workflows.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily maintenance and facilities operations across the portfolio.
• Ensure work orders meet SLA and standards.
• Oversee field operations including technicians, supervisors, and warehouse staff.
• Coach and develop managers and staff; provide timely feedback.
• Promote a resident-first, service-oriented culture in field teams.
• Support emergency response and after-hours coverage.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with sites to meet turnover targets.
• Prepare operational reports and track KPIs.
