Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent is required
• OSHA 10 certification or working towards it
• Valid Driver’s License is required
• Strong carpentry and blueprint reading skills
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance of all facilities and manage facilities technicians
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems to ensure safety and compliance
• Ensure compliance with government codes and safety standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors and manage project timelines
• Maintain service records, purchase orders, and equipment inventories
• Respond to routine and emergency repair requests and after-hour calls
