Job summary

United Fidelity Bank is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to manage day-to-day maintenance across the bank's locations. You will oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and project coordination while ensuring safe, well-maintained facilities.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and hands-on maintenance experience, with travel between in-state locations and after-hours readiness as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs and support with plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Lead and develop maintenance staff, prioritize workloads, and manage after-hours emergencies.
