Job summary

Arden Logistics Parks is seeking a hands-on Facilities Operations Manager to oversee eight buildings totaling 1.3M SF in Norton/Southeast Massachusetts. You will manage day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, vendor coordination, and basic maintenance while traveling to sites as needed.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in commercial property or facilities management, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently to uphold safety, compliance, and Arden's standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial property management, facilities management, maintenance operations, or related field.
• Strong customer service and tenant relations skills.
• Knowledge of basic building systems including plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, hardware, and general repairs.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site representative for ownership and management of 8 buildings comprised of 1.3M SF of multi-tenant industrial assets in Norton/Southeast Massachusetts markets.
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance, safety, and operational concerns.
• Monitor overall property appearance, cleanliness, landscaping, parking areas, and curb appeal.
• Coordinate and oversee recurring property services such as landscaping, janitorial, pest control, parking lot maintenance, HVAC service, and fire life safety inspections.
• Assist with emergency response efforts and coordinate corrective actions following property incidents.
• Ensure compliance with property rules, lease requirements, and company standards.
