Job summary

Arden Logistics Parks, a part of Arden Group, seeks a Regional Property Administrator to provide centralized accounting, contract administration, vendor management, utility administration, tenant billing support, and construction administration for a regional portfolio of industrial assets.

You will report to the Regional Property Manager and support multiple markets to drive consistency and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, property accounting, lease administration or related operations.
• Experience supporting multiple properties/markets is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Yardi Voyager or similar systems.
• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: process invoices, ensure proper coding and documentation, resolve discrepancies.
• Contract administration: manage lifecycle, renewals, and documentation in the contract repository.
• Utility administration: handle account setup, transfers, and billing discrepancies.
• Support special projects and standardization across property management operations.
