Arden Logistics Parks seeks a Facilities Operations Manager to act as the on-site face of ownership for a 195,532 SF industrial park. You will supervise daily property operations, maintain tenant relationships, and coordinate maintenance with trusted vendors.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in commercial property or facilities management, knowledge of building systems, and strong communication skills. This role offers comprehensive benefits and growth in a high-demand portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree, technical training, facilities management certification, or property management coursework preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in commercial property management, facilities management, or related field.
• Strong customer service and tenant relations skills.
• Knowledge of basic building systems including plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, hardware, and general repairs.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a 195,532 SF multi-tenant industrial asset.
• Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance, safety, and operational concerns.
• Coordinate vendors for landscaping, janitorial, pest control, HVAC, and fire life safety inspections.
• Serve as primary on-site point of contact for tenants and respond to inquiries.
• Oversee tenant move-in/move-out activities and scheduled maintenance communications.
• Perform minor repairs and coordinate major repairs with qualified contractors.
• Maintain records of inspections, work orders, contracts, and vendor documentation.
