Job summary

Anduril Industries in Ashville, OH is seeking an associate facilities manager to support planning, coordinating, and executing facilities initiatives across our industrial spaces. You will partner with the Facilities Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure offices, production, and testing environments operate safely and efficiently.

The role requires strong organization, ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience with MEP systems and preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in facilities operations in manufacturing/industrial.
• Experience with MEP systems and preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with CMMS and ERP platforms.
• Experience with vendor management and service contracts.
• Able to travel to multiple locations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• OSHA, NFPA, NEC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build maintenance plans and schedules.
• Coordinate facilities operations across multiple sites.
• Oversee MEP projects from scope to completion.
• Manage facility service requests and vendor coordination.
• Track purchase orders for facilities supplies.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with engineers and providers.
• Manage spare parts inventory and equipment areas.
• Support infrastructure needs and facility improvements.
• Oversee facility vehicle coordination and compliance.
• Lead initiatives to improve reliability and efficiency.
