Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in facilities management.
• Proficiency in enterprise workplace management systems, digital ticketing platforms, and data reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations per policies and contract requirements.
• Oversee vendor relationships for janitorial, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and critical systems maintenance.
• Track and audit work orders in the CMMS to ensure vendor SLA compliance.
• Develop and maintain client relationships while meeting KPIs.
• Assist with budget management, quarterly forecasting, monthly spend reporting, and annual capital planning.
• Manage vendor purchase orders, invoices, payments, and monthly reconciliations.
• Lead, develop, and supervise a professional team delivering extraordinary service.
