Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to support the facility management team across client sites. The role involves monitoring building operations, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring service delivery meets client expectations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of administrative or tenant services experience, with strong communication and coordination skills and a focus on timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in facilities management, building, business or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or tenant services capacity.
• Experience with data entry, expansive reporting, filing, answering phones, scheduling and communications.

Responsabilités

• Provide general facility management services and monitor office/facility operations.
• Address client inquiries to ensure timely service delivery.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for service and repairs of equipment and building systems.
• Create and manage work orders for engineering staff, subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance and process payments in a timely manner.
• Communicate with client, landlords and vendors on project status updates.
• Assist with measuring and reporting KPIs against service level agreements.
