Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) in the United States is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee day-to-day facility operations, FFE repairs, and vendor management for a large corporate office. The role requires strong leadership to coordinate services, safety, and space planning.

You will manage 400,000+ sq ft facilities, supervise outsourced staff, and ensure timely response to service requests while maintaining DTCC standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with Nuvolo Work Order System or similar.

Responsibilities

• Supervises cleaning staff, maintenance staff & repair vendors including assignment of work orders and quality control.
• Budget development, RFP scope of work development, PO creation, and spend tracking with monthly site reports.
• Supports day-to-day operations for a large corporate office environment (400,000+ sq ft, 4,000 work orders annually).
• Assist with energy and environmental management to maintain ISO 14001 & 15001 compliance and tracking.
• Coordinate daily facility operations and respond to employee and building-service needs.
