Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma / BTech in Electrical or Civil engineering.
• 4–5 years of experience in a similar facility management role.
• Excellent communication in Hindi, English and regional language.
• High standard of grooming.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive property management service and ensure amenities are maintained to standard.
• Lead a team of technical, housekeeping, guest relations, helpdesk, horticulture, civil and site personnel.
• Review and modify processes and procedures as required.
• Attend and control incidents at the premise and submit reports within defined TAT.
• Address client complaints and queries and resolve within TAT.
• Track works related to Masonry, Carpentry, Plumber, sanitary, Welding and painting and other technical works.
