Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, Real Estate, or related field or 8–10+ years FM experience.
• Experience managing Class A commercial office buildings.
• Strong financial reporting and budgeting experience.
• Experience coordinating with multiple vendors and service contracts.
• Experience in regulated environments and compliance-driven operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a Class A office building to meet client expectations and contract obligations.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, accruals, and variance reporting; review invoices for compliance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, DOB, FDNY, EPA, Local Laws, and EHS programs.
• Lead client relationship management with stakeholders and executive reporting on performance.
• Direct vendor management, performance reviews, and KPI tracking for multiple service providers.
• Lead facilities personnel and vendor teams; promote accountability and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate workplace services to support executive events, meetings, and business continuity.
