Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in facilities management or related field
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
• Proficiency with CMMS and KPIs
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
• Experience with enterprise workplace management systems and data reporting tools
• Familiarity with AI tools and conversational search applications

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations per policies, procedures, and contract requirements
• Oversee vendor relationships for services and ensure contract compliance
• Track and audit client work orders in CMMS to meet SLAs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and KPIs
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and spend reporting; manage PO, invoices, payments
• Lead, develop, and supervise a professional, energetic team
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integrated facility operations
