Job summary

You will coordinate maintenance with engineering teams and vendors, monitor CMMS work orders, support budgeting, and communicate status clearly to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 5+ years in facilities management or related operations.
• Experience supporting commercial or industrial facilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and initiate corrective work orders.
• Monitor CMMS to ensure timely, accurate work order closure.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and service providers to meet scope and safety standards.
• Support budgeting, purchasing, and expense tracking for facilities.
