Job summary

The Michaels Organization is seeking an Assistant Facility Director to oversee maintenance and operations at assigned properties. You will supervise staff, manage work orders, ensure safety compliance, and partner with the Facility Director to uphold high-quality turns and resident satisfaction.

You will monitor vendor relations, maintain records, and assist in budgeting and hiring decisions while enforcing company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years of general maintenance/construction experience.
• 1 year supervisory experience required.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Knowledge of codes, laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Run monthly reports on work orders, PO's, and inspections.
• Maintain maintenance logs and records.
• Ensure safety regulations and proper storage of hazardous materials.
