Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years in facilities management or related field.
• Experience managing budgets and third-party contractors.
• Experience overseeing building systems and utilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the condition, safety, and functionality of facilities.
• Lead Facilities team and set daily, weekly, and project priorities.
• Oversee utilities, infrastructure, and energy usage.
• Manage third-party contractors and service providers.
• Coordinate facility repairs, improvements, and projects.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and cost control.
• Ensure safety standards and inspections are met.
