Job summary

Target is seeking an Engineering & Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager to empower a maintenance team and ensure high equipment availability across the supply chain facility. You will lead Maintenance Technicians, Utility Attendants and EAM Software Technicians, drive reliability, allocate resources, and partner with building leaders to optimize material handling and safety.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Engineering or related fields.
• Previous supervisory experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and communicate policies and procedures.
• Experience with multi-contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development for the Maintenance Technicians and related staff.
• Foster a reliability-centered maintenance culture to maximize equipment availability.
• Collaborate with building leaders to optimize material handling equipment and safety.
• Oversee external contractors, coordinate emergency responses, and manage multiple projects.
• Develop shift hand-offs, monitor safety procedures, and drive continuous improvement.
