Qualifications

• 7+ years in facilities management in manufacturing/industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily facility operations including maintenance and building systems management.

• Lead construction, renovation, expansion, and infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
• Manage facility budgets, capex, and vendor relationships for cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and sustainability.
• Supervise internal maintenance staff and third-party contractors.
• Foster a safety culture through training, audits, and inspections.
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize facility needs and support business objectives.
• Maintain facility records, permits, and maintenance reports.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience managing facility renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and capital improvement projects
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security, and other critical building systems
• Experience negotiating vendor agreements and managing service contracts
• Effective leadership skills with experience developing, mentoring, and managing teams
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management capabilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Thorough understanding of OSHA, EPA, and applicable environmental and safety regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• Professional certifications such as CFM, FMP, PMP, CSP, or ASP are highly desirable

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance programs, and building systems management
• Develop and execute long-term facility plans focused on growth, modernization, and space optimization
• Lead construction, renovation, expansion, and infrastructure projects from planning through implementation
• Manage facility budgets, capital expenditures, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective operations
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable regulatory requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support sustainability initiatives
• Supervise internal maintenance personnel and third-party contractors, ensuring quality workmanship and safe practices
• Foster a strong culture of safety through training, audits, inspections, and continuous improvement efforts
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize facility needs and support business objectives
• Maintain accurate facility records, permits, compliance documentation, and maintenance reports
